  My daughter needed medicine that was called into my old walgreens pharmacy in Massachusetts except they did not have in stock. When I called Hampstead Walgreens to see if they had it in stock, the woman was rude insisting she needed to know the exact prescription All she had to do was listen to me tell her that we have been customers of Walgreens for many years and she simply needed to pull up our name in the system as the script was called in. Very unhelpful, rude, and condescending while my child was in dire need. I ended up going to Massachusetts to get a partial refill. Too bad. I am new to this town and I think I will continue picking up my scripts in Mass. I will not do business here
